Policies below reflect the launch configuration. Carrier rates become live once shipping accounts are connected to the ERP.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $99.
- Flat $9.95 standard shipping under $99.
- Expedited 2-day available at checkout once carrier accounts are connected.
Processing time
- Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day from Knoxville, TN.
- Backordered SKUs display an expected restock date on the product page.
- Split shipments are sent as inventory clears — you are only charged shipping once.
Tracking
- Tracking numbers post to your order history as soon as the warehouse scans the label.
- Shipment records are pushed from the ERP, so the storefront and the warehouse never disagree.
Returns
- 60 days on unfished, unwashed gear in original packaging.
- Apparel exchanges are free one time per order.
- Terminal tackle and line are non-returnable once the packaging is opened.
